The honest terms
- Update cadence: agents are kept current — we ship updates whenever the GTM tooling and model landscape actually changes (not on a fake monthly schedule), with a changelog each time. The dated, guaranteed deliverable is the quarterly member Flash Audit re-run.
- Consulting credit: your trailing 12 months of membership fees are credited toward one consulting agreement, if signed while you're an active member and within 12 months. Non-transferable, non-stackable, no cash value.
- Lapse: if your subscription ends, your owned agents stay installed but stop receiving new versions — they freeze at the last version you pulled.
