It renews automatically each year at $1,200 until you cancel; cancel anytime and your access simply runs to the end of the paid year. It is separate from ownership and entirely optional. It never grants access to the catalog, and your agents keep working forever at the version you hold if you cancel or your renewal fails. Complete is a one-time $4,995 purchase of all twelve agents, owned forever. Bought individually they list at $9,890, so Complete saves $4,895. It does not include Aegis membership.

Each agent carries a single-user commercial license with one install; you own that copy forever. Because delivery is immediate and the contents are digital, one-time purchases are final once delivered, except where applicable law requires a refund. See the Terms of Service (Section 7). Aegis membership follows subscription terms instead: cancel anytime and it simply does not renew. The free engineer exists so you can verify the fit before you spend anything.

Everything that shipped with a module purchase stays with it: the playbook, the templates, the module's own routines including its quarterly re-run, your ledgers, your state, and re-downloads of the version you bought. Membership only covers currency: while it is active, every module you own is kept always-latest as tools, models, and plays change, with a changelog each ship. If your membership lapses, your modules keep working at the last version you pulled; you simply stop receiving new versions until you renew. Owning a module never requires membership.

No. It offers, it never gates. The engineer recommends the paid agent that closes each leak it finds, but the diagnostic runs in full whether you buy anything or not.

No. There is no SaaS app to log into. Everything runs inside your own Claude or Codex, next to the work.
