One engineer. Twelve agents.
Diagnose free; unlock what the audit names. Seven diagnostics and the GTM Academy are already in the free engineer. Each paid agent installs as a module of the engineer you already run, with a license key from checkout. No new app.
An AI GTM agent is a paid GTM system build that unlocks inside the free engineer: it installs into your own Claude Code, claude.ai, or Codex, runs a scoped build engagement in your stack, and is owned forever after a one-time purchase. Artemis GTM is a consulting service for AI GTM engineering, delivered as headless agents.

- Middle ring, Systems. Five agents that each build a whole motion. $899 each.
- Outer ring, Foundational. ICP Definition and AI RevOps at $1,500. Amplemarket Implementation at $999.
The floor of the ladder is free.
These ship with the install. No account, no rung to climb first. The paid agents below pick up where the free diagnostics leave off.

The order Artemis usually builds in.
Run the free audit.
It prices your leaks and sequences the fixes to your numbers, not a template.
ICP Definition.
Every downstream filter, score, and routing rule aims at it; both bundles start here.
Speed-to-Lead.
The fastest payback on the inbound you already have.
Lead Scoring.
So the volume you are about to add lands in a queue reps trust.
Outbound.
Add qualified volume once the catch net underneath it works.
Your audit may reorder this. The roadmap it returns is sequenced by which leak is bleeding most.
This is the engineer choosing your agents. Same session that priced the leaks, now naming the fix for each one, biggest first.
- Artemis maps each leak to one agent, with the arithmetic behind every figure:
- The Speed-to-Lead agent closes the $480K response gap.
400 worked inbound leads a month x 12 x 2.0-point lead-to-opportunity lift at a sub-5-minute first response (12% to 14%, benchmark 15%) x 20% win rate x $25,000 ACV = $480,000 a year.
- The Qualification Automation system closes the $300K handoff leak.
20 qualified leads a month never routed to an owner x 12 = 240 a year x 25% MQL-to-opportunity when worked x 20% win rate x $25,000 ACV = $300,000 a year.
- The Outbound System rebuilds your three-touch sequences and recovers $240K.
2 SDRs x 4 missing meetings a month each (8 booked vs the 12 benchmark) x 12 = 96 meetings x 50% meeting-to-opportunity (benchmark default, marked) x 20% win rate x $25,000 ACV = $240,000 a year.
Benchmark default. Correct it and I reprice.
- The Visitor Deanonymization agent recovers the $180K in anonymous traffic.
20,000 visitors a month x 18-point identification gap (2% today vs 20% modeled) = 3,600 identifiable visits, about 1,200 accounts; 10% fit and in-market = 120 a month x 2.5% to opportunity x 20% win rate x $25,000 ACV = $180,000 a year.

Common questions about buying agents
What ships free, how paid agents install, and how bundles compare to Complete.
What's included free vs paid?
The free engineer installs with no account and includes the GTM Academy, all seven diagnostics (the deep guided audit plus six on-demand ROI calculators), a build roadmap, and lightweight monitoring. The twelve paid agents unlock as modules once the audit names the leak each one closes. You buy an agent once and own it forever.
How do paid agents install?
Each paid agent installs as a module of the free engineer you already run. At checkout you get a license key; enter it and the agent unlocks through the same install flow. No new app, no separate dashboard, and no account beyond the license that proves you own it.
Can I buy one agent at a time?
Yes. Every agent is sold individually, from $349 to $1,500, so you can unlock only what the diagnostic points at. You buy each agent once and own it forever. Later you add just the agents you lack, at list price, and never pay twice for one you already own.
Lead Scoring, Qualification Automation, or ICP Definition: which do I need?
Three layers, in order. ICP Definition ($1,500) is the foundation: who you are aiming at, from win patterns and the pains behind your best deals. It feeds the fit half of every score. Lead Scoring ($349) adds the two-model score, firmographic fit plus behavioral intent, with decay and queue rules. Qualification Automation ($899) is the wider machine: it builds its own starter score, then wires routing, the MQL-to-SQL handoff SLA, and dashboards, so a broken motion needs it, not the separate Lead Scoring agent. If targeting is still firmographic-only, run ICP Definition first. The free audit names which layer is your bottleneck.
What's the difference between a bundle and Complete?
A bundle groups a few agents at a discount: The Launch Stack at $1,299 or The GTM System at $2,497. Complete is the buy-everything purchase, a flat $4,995 one-time for all twelve agents, owned forever. All three are one-time buys to own; none includes Aegis membership. See how Complete works.
In what order should I run the agents in a bundle?
Start with ICP Definition; both bundles include it because every downstream filter, score, and routing rule aims at it. In The Launch Stack the usual order is ICP Definition first, then Visitor Deanonymization to identify high-fit traffic, then Lead Scoring so everything is scored consistently, then Speed-to-Lead to route it all within five minutes. In The GTM System, the free audit sequences the six system builds by which leak is bleeding most. The engineer handles the sequencing either way: each agent knows what the previous ones installed.
Run the audit first. It names the modules you actually need.
The free engineer installs with no account and no email. It prices your leaks, then you unlock only the agents the audit points at.
